Temporary Medical Accommodations

Temporary medical conditions and pregnancy-related needs can create short-term barriers to fully participating in courses or campus life. Student Access and Accommodation Services (SAAS) offers two separate accommodation processes, one for temporary medical conditions and one for pregnancy-related needs, to ensure students receive appropriate and timely support.

Both pathways provide short-term, individualized accommodations designed to help you stay engaged in your coursework while prioritizing your health and recovery.

Temporary Medical Accommodations

Temporary Medical Accommodations (TMA) are for students experiencing short-term conditions that impact class participation, mobility, testing, attendance, or access to course materials. These may include injuries, concussions, surgeries, or temporary illnesses.
