Heartland Veteran Work Study Employment Opportunities

Student Veterans Club

The Heartland Community College Student Veterans of America (SVA) Chapter is a free club available to veteran students, military spouses, and military-connected dependent children attending Heartland.

Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC)

Heartland has partnered with Illinois State University’s Army ROTC program. Through this partnership, Heartland students can enroll in Military Science courses at Heartland, which are taught at ISU.

CreatiVets Program

A FREE course, imagined in consultation with CreatiVets, is envisioned as a place where veterans or veteran spouses of the US military can explore their experiences through art making. View the CreatiVets page at Heartland.
