Appointment Information

Counseling Services are offered in person and virtually.

Fall semester Counseling business hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am- 4pm. Appointment duration and frequency depending on need, the urgency of concerns, and counselor availability.

All counseling services are free to current HCC students. To schedule an appointment, fill out the intake forms to the right. During your first appointment, a professional counselor will work with you to clarify your concerns and explore options with you.

Counselors at Regional Cities (Lincoln and Pontiac)

In addition to counseling services at our Main Campus in Normal, we provide counseling by appointment face-to-face and virtually at our Lincoln campus, and by phone and virtually at our Pontiac campus.
